Quick exchanges
If you are in a hurry to receive a different size: The fastest way to get what you want is to place a brand new order for the size you need. Then use our Easy-Peasy Returns Portal to return the item you have. You do have the option to request an exchange through our Returns Portal, but your exchange order will not be processed until after we receive your returned order. Depending upon shipping transit time, this exchange process may take 7-14 days+.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return shipping labels can be easily printed through our returns portal. The return ground shipping fee is $9.00 and will be deducted from your final credit upon receipt of your return. Shipping fees can be avoided by choosing to do an exchange instead of a return.
Warranties/Worn product
Please do not use the Returns Portal if you have a warranty claim. You may initiate your warranty claim by visiting our warranty page.
