How to start a exchange or return

If you are within 60 days from the date of delivery, YES! You are covered by our Easy-Peasy Returns & Exchanges!

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to know your order confirmation number and ship to zip code. (This can be found on your confirmation email, shipping package label, or in your order history on your My Account page at Freewaters.com).

If you placed your order before July 22nd and your order number starts with "W20###":

Quick Exchanges
If you are in a hurry to receive a different size:
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a brand new order for the size you need.  Then use our Easy-Peasy Returns Portal to return the item you have.

You do have the option to request an exchange through our Returns Portal, but your exchange order will not be processed until after we receive your returned order.  Depending upon shipping transit time, doing the exchange using this process may take ~7-14 days+.  This process is good if you want to avoid additional charges to your credit card and are not in a hurry.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranties & Worn Product
Please do not use the Returns Portal if you have a warranty claim. You may initiate your warranty claim by visiting our Warranty Page.

Please do not use the Returns Portal if your product is worn and no longer re-sellable.
